Listening to the birds in the background, the many layers of binaural tones and minor notes overlapping a consistent major base note is an absolute treat to a neurodivergent mind. I am constantly focusing on the shifts in pace, tone and atmosphere. It allows my chaotic mind to fully relax and appreciate this marvellous amalgamation of sound.

"Gwirith" is a 40-minute amalgamation of melancholic ambient drones and soundscapes which encourage us to reflect on the many periods of convalescence we endure as we struggle through a world that is constantly fractured, twisted and remoulded around us. Recorded as a dawless, linear performance incorporating layers of analogue tape loops and location recordings, "Gwirith" is released on Cassette and Digital through Screaming Ground Records on 01/04/2022.
